Terms of Use

These Terms of Use govern access to CORE95 for registered users and guest mode. Version: core95-user-terms-v1.0-2026-08-24.

During registration, the user accepts these Terms through a separate checkbox that is not preselected. A guest accepts the Terms before starting the first training session. The fact, version, source, language and time of acceptance are stored in a technical journal.

The Privacy Policy explains data processing and is available through a separate link. It is not replaced by acceptance of these Terms.

CORE95 is a language-learning service for spaced repetition, with some local progress storage and account synchronization when a connection is available.

Guest mode may create an anonymous technical account and store learning progress on the device and in the Russian server contour when needed for product operation. Guest progress can be linked to an email account.

The user is responsible for the accuracy of the email address, password security and activity in the account. Email is used for registration, address confirmation, sign-in and access recovery.

Users must not share an account, create accounts to bypass restrictions, or use the service in a way that violates the law, other people’s rights or CORE95 security.

Free access is provided within the current product limits. The scope of free access and functionality may be shown in the service interface.

Paid access is governed by the separate https://core95.ru/en/legal/offer/ and the rules of the relevant store or payment provider. These Terms do not replace the Premium public offer.

Users must not interfere with servers, bypass limits or checks, extract the word database through automated means, upload malicious code, impersonate CORE95, or use the service for spam or unlawful activity.

Learning materials and the interface are provided for personal use unless stated otherwise. Users must not copy, resell or publicly distribute a substantial part of the materials without permission from the rights holder.

Processing of email, technical data, progress, learning events and guest-mode data is described in the https://core95.ru/en/legal/privacy/ Privacy Policy. The main user domain for the Russian production contour is hosted on RU Supabase/VPS; separate external processors and categories are listed in the Privacy Policy.

These Terms are not consent to advertising email. Marketing messages and optional technologies require their own legal basis and separate user choice.

CORE95 may temporarily limit access for maintenance, abuse prevention, updates or incident response. We work to preserve progress but cannot promise uninterrupted availability of networks, devices or external services.

Nothing in this section removes obligations imposed by mandatory consumer-protection or personal-data law.

A new version is published on this page with a new version number and date. If a change materially affects use of the service, CORE95 may request renewed acceptance before continued use.

The user may stop using the service and request account deletion under https://core95.ru/en/legal/delete-account/. Records that must be retained by law are handled within applicable retention and deletion rules.
