Account deletion
How to delete a CORE95 account and the data associated with it.

1. Delete your account in the app
Open CORE95, go to Profile, tap Delete account, and confirm the action.
An internet connection is required to delete server data. The action cannot be undone after confirmation.
2. If you cannot access the app
Send a request from the email linked to your account to support@core95.ru. Use “Delete my CORE95 account” as the subject.
We may request additional verification to prevent someone else from deleting your account.
3. Data that is deleted
Authentication data, profile, account settings, learning progress, activity history, in-app reports, and Premium access linked to the account are deleted.
Local user data is removed from the device when deletion is completed in the app. The shared app vocabulary is not personal data and remains on the device.
4. Data that may be retained
Payment and accounting records may be retained by the payment provider or app store for periods required by law and their policies.
De-identified technical and statistical data that can no longer be linked to the deleted account may be retained for product reliability analysis.
